Jersey Shore, no more...

     After six long seasons, Jersey shore is no more. The last ever episode of Jersey Shore will be aired on October 4th. There has not been any further information as to why they are going to cancel this show, but I am very glad that they are doing so! This show to me now, is very pointless, and I think it's a good idea that they're canceling this show, but despite the cancelation of this show, a few of the cast are starting to work on separate shows such as Snooki & JWOWW and The Pauly D Project. 
     This article caught my eye, because I used to watch this show a couple years ago and wondered how it changed from when I used to watch it, to now. There really is no impact on this article on me as a student, and there is certainly no impact on me on this as a future filmmaker. If I were a filmmaker, I definitely would not have made this media with these kinds of plots with no actually meaning to it. But as a consumer, I would actually care about the cancelation of this realty show. 
     Many questions come up as to why did they even start this reality tv show? How did they come up with this? and how did these characters in the show, become famous so fast?
